bhagoo Terms and Conditions

1.1 Applicability

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to all services, games and content of the bhagoo platform and website bhagoo.cam. These terms and conditions have been formulated in accordance with the laws and regulations of Bangladesh. As a user, if you use any service of this platform, you will be considered to have fully accepted these terms and conditions.

1.2 Definitions

The terms used in these terms and conditions have the following meanings:

• "Platform" — The bhagoo.cam website and all its associated services.
• "User" or "You" — Any person registered on the platform or using the services.
• "Account" — A user's registered personal account on the platform.
• "Wallet" — The digital fund management system linked to the account.
• "Bonus" — Any financial or non-financial benefit provided by bhagoo.

1.3 Language and Communication

bhagoo provides user support in Bengali. The primary language of these terms and conditions is Bengali. In the event of any dispute, the Bengali version will be considered authoritative.

2.1 Age Requirement

bhagoo's services are only for persons aged 21 and above. Providing a false age at the time of registration is a serious violation and in such cases bhagoo reserves the right to immediately close the account. All funds deposited in the account may be forfeited.

2.2 Registration Process

The user must provide the following accurate information at the time of registration:

• Full correct name (as per national identity card).
• Active mobile number.
• Date of birth.
• An active and valid email address.

Each person may open only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.

2.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

bhagoo may request verification of a user's identity at any time. The user may be required to provide the following documents:

• Scanned copy of national identity card or passport.
• Proof of ownership of payment method (screenshot of bKash, Nagad or Rocket).
• Recent utility bill or bank statement for address verification.

bhagoo reserves the right to put withdrawals on hold until verification is complete.

3.1 Account Security

The user is responsible for keeping their account login credentials (username and password) completely confidential. Sharing login credentials with third parties is prohibited. If unauthorized access is suspected, the support team must be notified immediately. bhagoo will not be liable for any loss caused by the user's negligence.

3.2 Updating Account Information

If there is any change in the user's contact information (mobile number, email, etc.), it must be updated immediately through the bhagoo support team. bhagoo will not be liable if communication is disrupted due to outdated information.

3.3 Account Inactivity

If there is no activity for 12 consecutive months, the account may be marked as inactive. bhagoo will separately notify users of the policy regarding inactive account balances.

4.1 Deposit

The following methods are available for depositing funds into bhagoo:

• bKash
• Nagad
• Rocket

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 (two hundred taka). Users must use a payment method registered in their own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.

4.2 Withdrawal

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800 (eight hundred taka). Successful withdrawals are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes. The following conditions apply for withdrawals:

• Account verification must be completed.
• Wagering requirements must be met before withdrawing from bonuses.
• Withdrawals are only possible through the same method used for deposit.
• If an unusual transaction pattern is detected, the withdrawal may be temporarily suspended for review.

4.3 Currency

All transactions on the bhagoo platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). Currency conversion is not currently available.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New users will receive a 150% welcome bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 will give a bonus of ৳1,500 and the total balance will be ৳2,500; depositing ৳28,000 will give a bonus of ৳20,000 and the total balance will be ৳48,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

A 10x (ten times) wagering requirement must be met before withdrawing the welcome bonus. That means bets totaling 10 times the bonus amount must be placed. The following will be considered in wagering calculations:

• All slot games count as 100% wagering.
• Live casino games may count toward wagering, but separate conditions apply.
• Certain games may be excluded from bonus wagering.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

The following general terms apply to all bonuses and promotions:

• A user may use a bonus offer only once.
• Bonuses can only be used in your own account and are non-transferable.
• bhagoo reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
• If bonus abuse is detected, bhagoo may cancel the bonus and suspend the account.

5.4 VIP Program

bhagoo's VIP program has four tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum. Weekly cashback benefits are available at each tier:

• Bronze: up to 0.4% weekly cashback.
• Silver: up to 0.8% weekly cashback.
• Gold: up to 1.1% weekly cashback.
• Platinum: up to 1.5% weekly cashback.

Progression through VIP tiers is determined based on the user's gaming activity. bhagoo reserves the right to change the terms of the VIP program at any time.

6.1 Fair Play

bhagoo is committed to ensuring fair and transparent results in all games. The results of all games are controlled by an RNG (Random Number Generator), which is independently verifiable. bhagoo regularly reviews its systems to ensure fair play.

6.2 Betting Limits

Minimum and maximum betting limits are set for various games. The limits are displayed within the game. Separate betting limits may apply when playing with bonus funds.

6.3 Technical Errors

If a technical error occurs during a game session, bhagoo will determine the correct outcome after investigation. bhagoo reserves the right to make corrections if an incorrect amount is credited or deducted due to an error. Claims arising from a faulty game or software are not required to be accepted.

7.1 Strictly Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bhagoo platform:

• Creating or operating multiple accounts.
• Registering using a false identity or information.
• Abusing bonuses or exploiting system vulnerabilities.
• Using unauthorized software, bots or automation tools.
• Using the platform for the purpose of money laundering.
• Attempting unauthorized access to another user's account.
• Conducting transactions using third-party payment methods.
• Harassing or threatening other users.

7.2 Consequences of Violations

If a user is found to be involved in the above prohibited activities, bhagoo may take the following actions:

• Immediate suspension or termination of the account.
• Forfeiture of balance and bonuses.
• Prohibition from future registration.
• Legal action where applicable.

11.1 Termination by bhagoo

bhagoo may suspend or terminate an account in the following circumstances:

• Serious violation of the terms and conditions.
• Identity verification failure or provision of false information.
• Suspicious or fraudulent activity.
• Instructions from regulatory authorities.

11.2 Closure by User

Users may close their account at any time. An opportunity to withdraw all valid balances will be provided before account closure (excluding bonuses if wagering requirements have not been met). Account closure requests must be made via live chat or email.
